I believe normal price on the 7.5 fx is 899.99. 2. Surprisingly, the seat is extremely comfortable! One of the things I had read in researching the bike was how seat might be uncomfortable to some riders. So far I haven't considered replacing the seat. I've done some longer rides of 40-75 miles with this bike and the seat wasn't a problem. 3. Shifting action is pretty smooth. On some tough hills that I have done in Minneapolis there has been some slight problems with shifting while I am going up the hill, but I think this is something that would affect all bikes. 4. I have often used my TREK 6500 MTB around my neighborhood and realize a road bike would be better and I would probably use it more. I have a 07 Yamaha 450 Wolverine and a 07 Can Am Renegade.
